TERMINATIONS MADE BY THE USER
We have the right, at our discretion, to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for reason. We will not issue a refund as per standard business procedures; however, a client may use the transferred funds to purchase another item of clothing. Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the website in order to be considered genuine and approved.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Conditions of return and exchange are only applicable to direct sales made by us to you, and that they do not apply to sales made by third parties and invoices, which are subject to the terms of such sales. Only returns for account credit may be accepted. We must get the goods within two days of the delivery date in order to use them for this reason. The items need to be undamaged by you, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Products can only be returned in their original packaging in order to be accepted. (a) Only products with manufacturing flaws or ones that are entirely different from what was ordered may be returned or exchanged.
(b) Unused items with all tags remaining attached must be returned. Damaged or filthy returns can not be accepted and might be returned to the purchaser.
(c) An order is deemed to be in bulk if it contains more than five goods. Refunds or returns are not available.
CANCELLATION
If the order or orders are processed, we won't be able to handle the cancellation. Should an order be cancelled, store credit will be given.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Upon placing the order, it should reach you withing 2-3 weeks of placing your order. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate MALAI LIFE for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 
While MALAI LIFE makes every effort, it cannot guarantee that things will be delivered within the time frame specified when the product is purchased. If MALAI LIFE is unable to provide any goods within the allotted period, the contract cannot be cancelled in any way. However, MALAI LIFE has the right to charge you for additional shipping costs if you refuse to accept the delivery of the products
LOSS IN TRANSIT
MALAI LIFE strives to provide customers with defect-free products.Until MALAI LIFE receives the returned item, it does not assume title to any things that the user may return. Any loss or misplaced pieces in transit does not imply that the cost be borne by the brand. Unless the garment is  delivered damaged or contains manufacturing faults, no item purchased on our website may be returned. Within 48 hours after receiving the items, MALAI LIFE must be notified of any defects or damage. Even in the event that the garment has been delivered incorrectly, any correspondence received after 48 hours after delivery will not be eligible for return unless specifically covered by the product warranty.
